Apollon Plus - Erasable Guillotine
You can use it in hotels, houses, shops, restaurants, patisseries, winter gardens, terraces etc. It is designed in such a way that it can turn the closed space into an open space with a button. The system opens and closes by moving up and down. There are 3-wing insulated and single glass options. Optionally, it can be made with 4 and 2 wings. One wing is fixed and the other two move. The fixed glass can be opened and closed by placing a transom. In this way, it can be used in high places and balconies. You can stop the moving wings at any level. You can open half or full.
The system can be collected both below and above according to preference. It never passes water and air when closed. It gives close to perfect results with insulated glass. It adapts to any environment with its modern and elegant appearance. Akel guillotine system is the quietest one compared to its peers. The reason for this is the specially designed belt and gear system. Our motor section on the top of the system is made of aluminum profiles.It is located in the box we have designed, and when desired, it can be easily dismantled and serviced without dismantling the system, only by removing the motor box cover. Designed by Akel R&D with customer satisfaction, quality and easy installation in mind. Profile design and registration is patented by TPE. The system is used as 4mm +16mm + 4mm and 6mm +12mm + 6mm tempered insulating glass. Maximum dimensions are width 5500mm, height 3000mm.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
- The internal space of the plinths is 24 mm in total. Optional glass thickness can be changed.
- Aluminum wall thickness is 2 mm.
- Optional glass number can be applied as 2 or 3 in the system.
- Thanks to the durable chain used in the system, the windows move up and down easily and silently. Optionally, a durable belt with a 20 mm x 25 mm inner rope can be used.
- We have 8 steel and stainless steel bearings on our side rails so that our windows can go up and down in a balanced way.
- Optional (LCF, BECKER, CUPON or SOMFY MOTOR) is used in our systems.
- Our maximum dimensions are 5500mm in width and 2200mm in height. Dimensions can be changed optionally in combination.
- Thanks to our supported profiles, there is no stretching or swaying in any condition.
- With a single control, 20 systems can be operated at once.
- When it is closed, it locks itself and cannot be opened from the outside or inside.
- Thanks to the add-on side rails in our system, in case of any modification or glass breakage, the modification process can be easily done without damaging the system and without dismantling the product.
