Wind Breaker
Akel Wind Breaker Systems help to create a comfortable space by protecting you from the negative effects of the wind in the gardens, terraces, verandas or balconies of places such as cafes, restaurants or houses. Fixed glass 8mm, moving glass 10mm tempered grinded glass, glasses move up and down horizontally. The system is designed to withstand 6 wind intensity at the boshock scale corresponding to 50km/h speed.
The engine is remote controlled and CE certified. Maximum dimensions should be 3000x1800mm. System glass lift wheels are aluminum alloy.
It is CNC production. There are 2 rail profiles in the system. Aluminum rail profile is 82mm x 150mm, 6060 Hydr Norway origin, thermal 12 aluminum. Sistemcam performs the up and down movement by means of T10 16 mm Triger belt. Electrostatic powder paint is applied.
CNC laser cut metal apparatus are galvanized. The system is designed for 4 seasons. Akel has been designed by considering customer satisfaction, quality and easy installation in R&D. The profile design and registration has been patented by TPE.
